I engage my listening skills to get to know you: how you are experiencing motherhood, your concerns, your fears and what you are excited about. By doing this, I learn how to best support you and how to make the most out of our coaching sessions. I create a safe and comfortable space for you to say whatever is on your mind without judgement.

Educational
I provide information on various topics that commonly occur during the perinatal period. These topics include: baby blues, PPMD, intrusive thoughts and looking out for signs and symptoms to safe guard your mental health and overall well-being
Supportive
Once baby is born much of the attention, services and care shifts to baby. But what about mom? Postpartum, also called the “fourth trimester” is a crucial time to give mom the utmost care. Hormones are everywhere, sleep deprivation takes its toll and you are healing both physically and emotionally. A shift in your core being is taking place…you better believe support is pinnacle during this time! I will help you navigate through this period.
Encouraging
This is the fuel that will keep you going. I will be there to remind you that this is temporary, you are doing your best and put into perspective how far you’ve come. I will give guidance on directing you back to your strengths and most of all I will remind you…”you got this mama!”
