Who Am I?
I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) bringing over 12 years of experience to the coaching space. I have been trained through Postpartum Support International (PSI) from which I have gained specialized knowledge in the world of perinatal mental health and well-being.
I received my Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Maryland College Park and completed my Masters in Clinical Counseling at Johns Hopkins University. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially my 2 boys who keep me on my toes) and salsa dancing.
I have a passion for giving support to moms as it was something I wished I had when I was going through the ups and downs and the way down dark times of the fourth trimester. During my prenatal stage and post delivery, I heard a lot of advice, but nothing prepared me for some of the hardships I went through; things I did not expect and things that I never heard about.
